Who manages your request?
Tawerni | طورني manages this website's learner, instructor, institution and regional partner interest forms. We serve people interested in learning and collaboration in Canada and the Middle East. This notice covers your request and related correspondence; arrangements for any later service will be explained before it begins.

Information we request
We ask for the submitter's or representative's name, country, preferred contact channel and the email address or phone number needed for that channel. Depending on the path, we ask about learning interests and goals, teaching experience and availability, an institution and its programs, or regional experience and collaboration interests. Required and optional fields are labelled; optional fields may be left blank.
We also keep a request number, submission time, path, language, copy and privacy-notice versions, and review status to organize follow-up and verify submissions. We may add notes needed to review your request.
We do not request attachments, identity documents, an exact birth date or payment details. Share general information only, without sensitive health or financial data, passwords or other people's confidential information. A portfolio link is optional.
How we use your information
We use your information to understand and review your request, organize follow-up and contact you about it through your chosen channel. Technical submission data helps address errors and avoid duplicate copies of the same request. We may be unable to handle a request without the required information.
Submitting does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We do not sell your answers, publish them or use them to train AI models. We will explain a different use and obtain any necessary permission before it begins.
Hosting, storage and communication
The form sends information to the website server for validation and then storage in Airtable. Hostinger hosts the website and form server and processes technical data such as IP address, browser and request information to serve and protect the website. Tawerni grants access to requests only to people who need it for review or operation.
The website loads fonts from Google, so your browser connects to that service when displaying pages. Email correspondence uses Gmail. If you choose WhatsApp or a phone call for follow-up, the service used processes the contact information needed for that channel.
Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, where local laws and requests from public authorities may apply. Choosing Arabic or English does not determine the storage country. Provider information: Airtable, Hostinger and Google.
Retention and deletion
The retention limit for an interest request, its review notes and related correspondence is 12 months after submission. We delete or anonymize that information at the end of this period, or sooner when it is no longer needed. If a separate collaboration begins, we will explain its information needs and retention arrangements separately.
We may retain limited information longer when required by law or necessary to address a specific legal claim. We restrict its use and review the reason for keeping it. Deletion procedures cover copies we manage; provider backups may remain under their retention controls. Deleting a record does not instantly remove every backup copy.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your request information, or withdraw permission for follow-up, at renovon.media@gmail.com. Include your request number if available, and do not send an identity document without being asked. We may request limited information to verify your authority to make the request.
If you ask us to stop follow-up, we may be unable to continue handling your expression of interest. We explain any exception that prevents deletion or requires retention and respond according to the rights and time limits applicable to your request. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority in your country; this notice does not limit your legal rights.
Learners and guardians
At this stage, every form submitter must be at least 18. For a learner under 18, a parent or legal guardian submits using their own name and contact details and shares only the learner's general learning stage and interests. This is Tawerni's intake rule, not a statement of the legal age in your country.
We do not request a child's full name, birth date or school name. If a child has submitted information without a parent or guardian, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting unnecessary information.
Protection and updates
We use an encrypted website connection, server-side input validation and Airtable credentials kept outside browser pages. No method guarantees absolute security in transmission or storage.
This page shows the effective date and version. When purposes or sharing arrangements change, we explain the change and any choices needed before the new use begins.
